4. NOTES

4.1. Rules to distinguish between heavy and bulky goods

Heavy and bulky goods are distinguished in the following way:

  •  Heavy goods have an actual weight greater than the converted weight
  • Bulky goods whose actual weight is less than or equal to the converted weight
  • Average converted weight = number of blocks * 200

4.2. Rules for calculating quotes for orders that are delivered multiple times

Attention customers, with your order including many products and making many batches, the company will charge you where the goods arrive. Shipping fee will be calculated according to the number of goods returned by the customer at a time, not the total order.

4.3. Note to customers when using the service

  • Transported goods are not on the list of prohibited items of the transport industry, there are no smuggled goods, and there are necessary documents to ensure the legality of the shipment, if have any mistakes, the customer must take full responsibility.
  • The representative of the delivery/receiving party must check and fully sign the receipt of the goods delivery and receipt.
  • Goods must be fully declared with the name of the goods, quantity, and size of the shipment. If a load is not on the list, the shipping company will not be responsible for that shipment.
  • Do not transfer flammable goods, the risk will affect all other shipments. If customers make any mistake, they must pay compensation for all affected goods.
  • When we receive the goods, the goods are not counted inside, the customer self-packs during transportation, so the quantity of goods inside does not complain.

4.4. Regulations on compensation of goods

  • For the case of lost or misplaced goods due to Simba's fault, we are responsible for compensating 100% of the actual value of the lost goods based on the documents and sales invoices provided by the customer. 
  • In case of damaged or damaged goods due to Simba's transportation error, Simba is responsible for compensation not exceeding 5 times the freight.
  • Complaint file, compensation claim (can be sent by Email or in writing):

             -  Delivery record

             - Invoice proving the value of the compensated goods.

  • In case the goods are damaged due to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, etc. delay due to objective factors such as rainstorms flooding the railway or public holidays, the shipping company will not be responsible for compensation.
  • Within 30 working days from the date of receiving the complete complaint file, compensation request from the customer, the carrier will pay the compensation to the customer.
  • Compensation form: Reduce next month's fee for customers or pay by bank transfer/cash according to invoices and documents proving the compensation value that customers send to Simba.
  • After 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods, if the customer does not have any complaints, the two parties are considered to have completed the delivery and receipt of the goods and will not solve the arising problems related to the delivery and receipt of the goods.
